General Terms
Customer Eligibility
Nuwa Discovery Products are available exclusively for qualified organizations involved in biotechnology, biomedical research, pharmaceutical research, academic research, and related scientific fields. Orders for personal use or non-research applications will not be processed.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are prepayment for new customers. We accept payment by credit card, ACH transfer, check, and bank wire transfer. Net 30-day payment terms may be available for qualified customers with an established satisfactory credit history.
Currency and Payment Methods
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD). Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH transfer, check, and bank wire transfer.
Shipping Terms
All shipments are made F.O.B. Bangalore, India.
Bank and Transaction Fees
Any bank charges, wire transfer fees, or intermediary bank fees are the responsibility of the customer and may not be deducted from the invoice total.

Product prices and availability are updated regularly and may change without prior notice. Please refer to the individual product webpage for the most current pricing and availability information.
Online Ordering
Currently, we are not offering online orders through the Nuwa Discovery Products website. Purchase orders from new customers may be subject to credit approval before processing. Please contact us or use the offline ordering process described below.

Offline Ordering
Nuwa Discovery Products accepts offline orders by purchase order (PO). Purchase orders must include the following information:
- Billing and Shipping Information: (a) Complete company/institution name; (b) Billing address and shipping address in English; (c) P.O. Boxes are not accepted; (d) Shipping addresses should not exceed four lines.
- Product Information: Nuwa Discovery catalog number; (b) Product name; (c) Package size (mg or g); (d) Quantity (number of vials).
- Purchase Order Information: Valid PO number is needed.
