Shipping Information
Shipping Origin and Processing Time
All shipments are made F.O.B. Bangalore, India. Orders received before 3 pm (local time) on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day unless otherwise requested. Orders received after the cutoff time will normally be processed on the next business day. Shipping schedules may vary depending on product availability, payment confirmation, and special customer requirements.
Multiple Product Orders
For orders containing multiple products, some items may require additional lead time before becoming available. By default, Nuwa Discovery will consolidate all items and ship the complete order in a single shipment once all products have arrived at our warehouse. However, upon the Customer's request, Nuwa Discovery may arrange partial shipments, with available products shipped as soon as practicable and the remaining products shipped when they become available. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, only one shipping and handling charge will be applied to the entire order, and no additional shipping charge will be applied for subsequent partial shipments.
Shipping Methods
All international shipments are made using reliable express carriers: FedEx Express is the primary shipping carrier. DHL Express may be used for selected international shipments when appropriate. Shipping costs for DHL international shipments are generally higher than FedEx. Nuwa Discovery currently does not use other carriers, including UPS.
Shipping and Handling Fees (Ambient Temperature Shipping)

HazMat Fee: If any handling of hazardous materials, HazMat Fee. If a customer's FedEx or DHL account is used, shipping charges will not be applied. A $15 handling fee will be added. Shipping charges are prepaid by Nuwa Discovery and added to the final invoice unless the customer's carrier account is used.
Shipping and Handling Fees (Temperature-Controlled Shipping)
Additional charges apply for temperature-controlled shipments:

Shipment Tracking and Delivery
After shipment scheduling, Nuwa Discovery will provide the customer with: Shipment tracking information and Final invoice. Most orders are shipped within a few hours after receipt of an official purchase order or payment confirmation. If unexpected shipping delays occur, Nuwa Discovery will notify the customer and provide an updated estimated shipping date.
Typical delivery times:
- Domestic shipments: 1–2 business days
- International shipments: approximately 3–5 business days
Please note that international delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to potential customs processing delays, carrier limitations, or other factors outside of Nuwa Discovery's control.
